1. Who We Are
CrystalCore is operated by Wabbit Software Łukasz Fedorko ("we", "us"), ul. Bitwy Warszawskiej 1920 r. 14 lok. 107, 02-366 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 7141757720. Contact: contact@crystalcore.app. These Terms govern your use of crystalcore.app.
2. What We Offer
- Free: one reading type is available free of charge each day. The type rotates daily and is the same for all users.
- Reading unlock — 4.99 USD: permanently unlocks one selected reading type (e.g. Tarot, Chinese or Pythagorean) for any date of birth you enter.
- Full PDF report — 19.99 USD: a complete downloadable report for one selected date of birth, including the Manifestation Code.
- Additional PDF report — 9.99 USD: the same full report for each further date of birth, once you have purchased your first one.
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable tax. Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not run subscriptions and never charge you automatically.
3. Your Account
Access is tied to an account identified by your email address. You sign in with a one-time code sent by email — there is no password. Keep access to that mailbox: it is how you restore your purchases on a new device.
4. Payment and Delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is delivered digitally and immediately after Stripe confirms the payment: unlocked readings appear in your dashboard, and PDF reports become available for download. If you need an invoice, email us.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Our products are digital content delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started. If a purchase fails to deliver for technical reasons, contact us and we will restore your access or refund you in full.
6. Nature of the Content
CrystalCore readings are generated from the date of birth you provide and are offered for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not professional advice and must not be relied on for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other important decisions. You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase.
7. Acceptable Use
Purchased content is for your personal use. You may not resell it, republish it commercially, or attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
8. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@crystalcore.app. We reply within 14 days.
9. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms; the current version is always published here with its effective date, and changes never apply retroactively to purchases already made. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without limiting the consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
